BRAND IDENTITY
I worked with the founder to determine how to brand the program. She wanted to empower, educate, reach, and equip participants. We had to identify what qualities, tone of voice, and personality appealed to both mentees AND mentors.

ASSET CREATION
The existing logo was on par with the founder's vision and wanted something that represented the relationship between mentor and mentee. I came in to create not only a new logo, but also custom iconography, brand voice, and content templates.

CONTENT STRATEGY
With both audiences in mind, we developed a content strategy focused on empowerment and knowledge sharing. The personality needed to be confident, and polished, but approachable. Because of the organization's religious foundation, it can not be garish or offensive, but it needs to be accessible and inclusive. As the brand develops, the goal is for the mentors to become the face and voice of Speak Life.

I met with the founder and visionary for Speak Life, Vera Parker to gain an understanding of her vision and aspirations for the program. This established the baseline for our brand identity and strategy.
Mission
Equipping young women in middle school, high school, and college with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful. By building relationships with women in their dream fields, we hope to help them find their purpose.
Vision
Speak Life Mentoring & More is on the mission to see young women thriving and emboldened to live fruitfully in their purpose.
